Founder & Principal

Compovelti™ was founded by Dr. Tatjana (Tanya) Ignjatovic, a pharmacologist with a foundation in pharmacy and experience spanning basic and translational research, clinical development, and consulting.

Her work began with an understanding of medicines in the context of their real‑world use — a perspective shaped early by pharmacy training and later deepened through research focused on mechanisms, experimental science, and translation.

This combination of patient‑centered context, mechanistic depth, and cross‑therapeutic experience shapes how Tanya approaches complex scientific and strategic questions: by connecting evidence across disciplines, considering both mechanism and real‑world relevance, and looking beyond individual data points to understand how the pieces fit together.
